Bisquick French Apple Pie Recipe
- 6 c. tart apples
- 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 Large eggs
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Grease a 10 x 1 1/2 pie plate.
- Mix apples and spices; turn onto the pie plate.
- Beat all remaining ingredients until smooth; about 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater.
- Pour into plate.
- Bake until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- About 30 minutes.
