Snicker Doodle Bites
- 1 (14 ounce) package caramel candies (you will need approximately 20 candies)
- 1 cup cinnamon-sugar mixture, blended together (half and half, or whatever combination you prefer)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cut out 2-inch squares from the dough.
- Place a caramel candy in the center of each and wrap the dough gently around the candy to form the bites.
- Roll each of the bites in the cinnamon sugar blend, coating all sides.
- Place the bites onto a baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until theyre firm and slightly puffy.
- Let cool for a few minutes, but serve warm so the caramel is nice and gooey.
- Tip: Reheat leftovers before eating put them in the microwave for a couple of seconds to soften the caramel.
