Salsa Recipe

  1. Peel, chop, and seed tomatoes; allow to drain in colander.
  2. Chop onion and peppers.
  3. In large pot, over high heat, combine all ingredients; bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, 45 min to 1 hour, or possibly till very thick.
  5. Near end of cooking time, stir frequently to prevent sticking.
