Asparagus and Chicken Alfredo DIp
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cups Alfredo Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 cups Grilled (or Otherwise Cooked) Chicken, Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
- 1/2 cups Fresh, Raw Asparagus, Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 whole Baguette, Cut Into Thick Slices
- Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a pie pan.
- Top with Alfredo sauce, spreading evenly and all the way to the edges.
- Top next with garlic, followed by chicken, asparagus and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
- Serve atop thick baguette slices.
