Delectable Meat Loaf

• 2 1/2 pounds ground beef, extra lean ground
• 2 packages onion soup mix
• 3 large eggs
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1/2 cup cream of wheat cereal
• 12 ounces vegetable juice cocktail
• 1/4 cup ketchup

1. Mix all but one can of V-8 together.
2. Sape into loaf.
3. bake 350F (180C).
4. for 1 hour.
5. Half way through baking smear loaf with ketchup.
6. When loaf is cooked and drained, pierce top with fork and pour second can of V-8 over top allowing to run down and around meat.
7. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
