- 6 lb chicken
- 1 cup yogurt beaten
- 2 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 packages national chicken ttandoori spice mix
- make shallow cut on chicken pieces and dip in weniger for 30 minutes .
- take out chicken from vinegar mix all ingredients and marinated for 1 hour .
- grease oven tray arrange chicken pieces .
- with the help of a brush apply oil on chicken pieces and bake for 30 to 35 minutes on 350F oven .
