Mini Greek Turkey Burgers
- lean ground turkey
- 5 cups Pure Kraft Refrigerated Greek Feta Dressing
- 4-1/3 Tbsp. black pepper
- 150 each mini hamburger buns
- romaine lettuce, torn to fit buns
- 9-1/3 cups guacamole
- 150 slices plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 150 slices English cucumbers, thinly sliced
- Mix turkey, dressing and pepper until well blended.
- Shape into 150 (50-g) patties (or into 30 patties for trial recipe).
- (Patties should be slightly larger than diameter of buns.)
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- For each serving: Cook 3 patties in nonstick skillet 4 min.
- on each side or until done (175 degrees F/80 degrees C).
- Cover bottom halves of 3 buns with lettuce.
- Top each with 15 mL (1 Tbsp.)
- guacamole, turkey burger and 1 each tomato and cucumber slice; cover with top of bun.
