Mini Greek Turkey Burgers

  1. Mix turkey, dressing and pepper until well blended.
  2. Shape into 150 (50-g) patties (or into 30 patties for trial recipe).
  3. (Patties should be slightly larger than diameter of buns.)
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  5. For each serving: Cook 3 patties in nonstick skillet 4 min.
  6. on each side or until done (175 degrees F/80 degrees C).
  7. Cover bottom halves of 3 buns with lettuce.
  8. Top each with 15 mL (1 Tbsp.)
  9. guacamole, turkey burger and 1 each tomato and cucumber slice; cover with top of bun.
