PassionFruit/Mustard BBQ Wings

  1. Wash, cut and separate wings into sections(optional).
  2. Add salt, pepper, paprika and curry to the wings and give it a good mix.
  3. Slightly coat the wings with the all-porpouse flour and pre heat the oil.
  4. Passion Fruit BBQ Sauce: Melt the butter on low heat, add the Catlemens BBQ Tangy Gold sauce and dijon mustard, turn the heat to high and add the juice of two passion fruits.
  5. When the sauce gets to boil, turn the heat on low and let it simmer.
  6. (Note: you can skipp the butter)
  7. Fry your wings until nice and gold.
  8. Take the wings out, coat with the Passion Fruit BBQ sauce.
