Natto Soba Noodles

  1. Cut the tomato into the suitable sizes.
  2. Cut half of the cucumber into thin round slices, and the remaining into 5 mm cubes.
  3. Cut the yellow pickled daikon to the same size.
  4. Cook the soba noodles following the package instructions.
  5. Wash the noodles to drain the starchiness.
  6. Mix the ingredients.
  7. (add the cubed cucumbers).
  8. Tear the lettuce by hand into bite sizes and scatter on a serving plate.
  9. Serve the noodles, then add the natto, chopped tomato, grated daikon and sliced cucumber.
  10. Eat the soba noodles with mentsuyu or whatever you like.
  11. It is also delicious topped with grated yamaimo instead of grated daikon, and somen noodles instead of soba.
