Fettuccine with Snow Peas and Goat Cheese

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions; cook 5 min.
  4. or until softened, stirring frequently and adding snow peas to the skillet for the last minute.
  5. Stir in pasta sauce; simmer 2 to 4 min.
  6. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  7. Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
  8. Add pasta sauce mixture; mix lightly.
  9. Top with cheese and parsley.
