Clean Eating Pissaladiere With Spinach

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in large saute pan over medium-low heat.
  3. Add onions and cook for about 10 minutes, then stir in anchovies and garlic.
  4. Cook for another 30 minutes, mix in thyme, then cook for another 5 minutes.

  10. Bake pizza in oven for 15 minutes, until crust is brown.
  11. Cut into 8 slices and serve hot.
