Egg in a Hole

• 1 Butter
• 1 slice of white bread, I just cut a slice from a Sour dough loaf
• 1 egg
• 1 grated cheese
• 1 ground black pepper

1. Place skillet over medium heat
2. Put desired amount of butter in pan, melt
3. Cut hole in middle of bread
4. Place bread in hot pan and Crack egg in whole.
5. Also place bread cut out from hole in and fry too
6. Wait a couple minutes and flip.
7. Grate cheese on top when cooked.
8. Then fresh ground pepper
