Caribbean Dipping Sauce

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add pepper and ginger, and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, and stir in marmalade, lime juice, and salt.
  4. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. *Cook's Note: Jalapeno peppers are extremely hot.
  6. We recommend wearing disposable gloves when handling them.
