Alternative to corndog

  1. Heat oil 350 Fahrenheit
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Mix eggs with the cheese, cayenne pepper, and baking powder let sit 10 minutes.
  4. Add water if to dry or thick.
  5. Stick a skewer in each hotdog.
  6. Pour egg cheese batter in a cup.
  7. Dip the hotdogs in one at a time coating well and fry.
  8. It won't take long.
  9. Twist slowly to keep batter on the hotdog it will only take 30-40 seconds to cook .
  10. The dough will seem soft and falling off but it hardens as it cools.
  11. The key is twisting.
  12. Fry one at a time if it seems hard to do just bake them.
  13. 400 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Set to paper towels to absorb excessive oils.
  15. Serve hope you enjoy!
