Sausage & Pepper Appetizer Recipe
- 3-4 pound Italian sausage, sliced about 1" (slice while still slightly frzn)
- 12-16 ounce. Italian style pepper salad
- 1/2 pound fresh sliced or possibly canned mushrooms
- 1-2 tbsp. cooking wine
- Pepper to taste
- Fry sausages till completely cooked.
- Drain well to remove grease.
- Wipe pan of excess grease.
- In frying pan on simmer, add in peppers, mushrooms and wine; stir well.
- Add in sausage and continue to simmer till ready to serve.
