Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Fry bacon until crispy, crumble bacon, and reserve grease.
  3. Set aside until you get brussel sprouts ready.
  4. Wash brussel sprouts.
  5. Cut off stems and remove any bad outer leaves.
  6. Cut in half.
  7. Toss in bowl with onions, bacon, bacon grease, salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
  8. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
  9. Arrange sprouts in singer layer on baking sheet.
  10. Roast for 15 minutes, stir.
  11. Then rearrange on baking sheet in a singler layer.
  12. I try to make sure each sprout is turned over so that both sides will brown.
  13. Continue roasting for 10 minutes or until all sprouts are tender and have some degree of browning to them.
  14. Enjoy!
