Chicken Hot Pot

  1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Peel all the vegetables.
  3. Dice the potatoes.
  4. Cut the onion and carrots in half and then cut the halves into thin semicircles.
  5. Place all the vegetables and chicken legs in a big bowl, add salt, basil and curry.
  6. Use your hands and toss to coat everything in the oil and spices.
  7. Put everything into a deep roasting tin.
  8. Send to the preheated oven to cook at 390 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
  9. Then take it out of the oven, stir carefully and send back to the oven for 30 minutes more.
  10. And then take it out of the oven again, stir and send back to the oven for a final 30 minutes.
  11. Thus, it takes 1 1/2 hour for baking.
  12. Now the dish is ready!
  13. Serve with light salad.
