Chicken Hot Pot
- 5 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 6 Chicken Legs
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Dry Basil
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Salt To Taste
- Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Peel all the vegetables.
- Dice the potatoes.
- Cut the onion and carrots in half and then cut the halves into thin semicircles.
- Place all the vegetables and chicken legs in a big bowl, add salt, basil and curry.
- Use your hands and toss to coat everything in the oil and spices.
- Put everything into a deep roasting tin.
- Send to the preheated oven to cook at 390 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
- Then take it out of the oven, stir carefully and send back to the oven for 30 minutes more.
- And then take it out of the oven again, stir and send back to the oven for a final 30 minutes.
- Thus, it takes 1 1/2 hour for baking.
- Now the dish is ready!
- Serve with light salad.
