Grandma Shirley's Sin Pie - delicious, but rich pie

  1. Crust: Mix ingredients well and spread in 9 x 13 inch pie pan.
  2. Bake at 350 fo 20 minutes and let cool completely.
  3. 1st Layer: Beat all ingredients and spread on crust.
  4. 2nd Layer: Beat ingredients until smooth.
  5. Spread on top.
  6. Top with Cool Whip and refridgerate.
