Garlic and Cheese Grits

  1. In large saucepan mix well; water, grits and salt.
  2. Bring to simmer and cook until grits are very thick; remove from heat.
  3. Oil 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  4. Stir together in sauce pan grits and remaining ingredients; pour into prepared dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle top with additional paprika.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350F (180C).
