  2. On a large sheet of foil, place the salmon fillet.
  3. Drizzle with wine and sprinkle with garlic, dill and salt & pepper.
  4. (If you have a favourite seasoning mix you can use this instead.
  5. You can also use fresh or dried dill or other herbs.
  6. Omit the garlic if you are using garlic butter or keep it in if you really, really like garlic!
  7. In which case add more if thats what turns your crank!!)
  8. If youve got it, drizzle with a dash of lemon juice (you can also top the fillet with thin lemon slices and sprigs of fresh dill again, if youve got them...)
  9. Cut the 1/2 stick of butter into small pats and dot the top of the salmon fillet with these pieces of butter.
  10. Bring the sides of the foil up and cover the fish.
  11. sometimes the liquid bubbles up and out, so place your foil packet on a baking sheet to contain the mess.
  12. Pop into the oven and bake for approx.
  13. 20 minutes or until the fish is opaque and easily flaked with a fork.
