Buttered Sugar Snaps and Green Peas

  1. Bring a large skillet half full of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add snap peas and green peas.
  3. Return to boil; boil 1 minute or until snap peas are crisp-tender.
  4. Do not overcook.
  5. Drain; rinse with cold water and drain well again.
  6. Melt butter in skillet.
  7. Add snap peas, green peas, salt and pepper.
  8. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring, until hot.
  9. Remove to serving bowl; sprinkle with mint, if desired.
