Liver Nips Recipe

  1. Cook stew beef.
  2. Remove stew beef and set aside.
  3. In 6 c. of beef stock, add in 2 minced tomatoes and cook for 15 min.
  4. Mix all remaining ingredients and add in sufficient flour to make a medium stiff batter.
  5. Drop batter by tsp.
  6. into boiling broth.
  7. Let broil about 30 min.
  8. When nips are done, add in stew beef and serve.
