Stuffed Green Peppers

  1. Wash peppers and hollow them out.
  2. Put 1/4 cup water in microwave-safe casserole dish with peppers.
  3. Microwave 2 minutes on High. Drain off water and let peppers dry.
  4. Crumble hamburger and mix with onion.
  5. Microwave 5 minutes on High. Stir in garlic salt, pepper, parsley flakes, rice and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Fill peppers.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over top.
  7. Microwave, covered, 10 minutes on High.
  8. Top with cheese and microwave 2 minutes.
