Mama's Collards

  1. Boil chicken about 20 minutes.
  2. Add collards and seasoning.
  3. Lower heat, cook about 2 hours or until greens are tender.
  4. Note: This recipe can be modified to be meat-free
  5. Also, should be served with black-eyed peas, candied yams, sliced tomatoes, cornbread.
