Sauerkraut Pork Chops Recipe
- 4 pork chops
- 1 sm. can sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Place chops in casserole dish.
- Cover with sauerkraut.
- Sprinkle the sugar on top of the sauerkraut.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min or possibly till chops are done.
