California Chili

  1. Combine all ingredients except avocado, sunflower seeds, salt and basil in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
  3. Stir in avocado and sunflower seeds, season to taste with salt.
  4. Sprinkle each bowl of chili with basil.
