Sweet and sour fish

  1. Wash and clean the fish.
  2. Cut it in to bite sized peices.
  3. Season the flower in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  4. Beat the eggs and season it with salt and peper.
  5. Preheat the oil.
  6. Dip the fish in the flower and then the egg mixture.
  7. Place it in the hot oil and fry till golden.
  8. Set it aside.
  9. Heat the olive oil in a lage pan.
  10. Add the red pepper, onion and carrots.
  11. Fry for 5 minutes.
  12. Add the sweet and sout sauce ingredients and fry fir 5 minutes.
  13. Add the fish and fry for 5 minutes.
