Versatile Cream Sauce

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and diced, drained tomatoes.
  3. Add onion salt and basil.
  4. Stir in half and half.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese.
  6. Heat slowly until cheese melts.
  7. At this point you can add any meat, seafood or veggies you have on hand.
  8. Serve over wide egg noodles.
