Anzac Biscuits Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325 deg F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
  2. Add in margarine, water, and syrup; stir well.
  3. Drop by level Tbsp., 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 325 deg F for 12 min or possibly till almost set.
  5. Remove from oven; let stand 2-3 min or possibly till hard.
  6. Remove cookies from baking sheets.
  7. Place on wire racks; let cold completely.
