Oysters With Sausage

• 1 coil of thin sausage, about 1 pound
• 24 oysters, shucked
• Lemon wedges

1. Cook the sausage in a skillet until nicely browned on both sides.
2. Arrange in the center of a platter with the oysters around it.
3. Serve with lemon wedges.
