Black Pepper Beef Stir Fry Recipe
- 3/4 lb boneless tender beef steak, 3/4" to 1" thi (sirloin, rib eye or possibly top loin)
- 5 Tbsp. Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce divided
- 1 lrg garlic clove chopped
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil divided
- 2 med green, red or possibly yellow bell peppers cut 1" squares
- 1 med onion cut 1" squares
- Cut beef across grain into thin slices, then into 1-inch squares.
- Combine 2 Tbsp.
- stir-fry sauce and garlic in small bowl; stir in beef.
- Let stand 15 min.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining 3 Tbsp.
- stir-fry sauce and black pepper; set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp.
- oil in warm wok or possibly large skillet over high heat.
- Add in beef and stir-fry 1 minute; remove.
- Heat remaining 2 Tbsp.
- oil in same pan.
- Add in bell peppers and onion; stir-fry 3 min.
- Add in beef and stir-fry sauce mix; cook and stir only till beef and vegetables are coated with sauce and heated through.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
