JELL-O Melon Angel Mousse
- 2 pkg (85 g) each Jell-O Wiggly Watermelon Jelly Powder
- 2 cups each: boiling water and ice cubes
- 1 tub (1 L) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 (200 g) angel food cake, cut in small cubes
- 1 cup each: cubed cantaloupe and honeydew
- DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.
- Add ice cubes, stirring until jelly thickens.
- Fold in half of topping; add cake and melon.
- POUR into 6 cup bowl lined with plastic wrap.
- Frost with remaining topping; garnish with additional melon, if desired.
