JELL-O Melon Angel Mousse

• 2 pkg (85 g) each Jell-O Wiggly Watermelon Jelly Powder
• 2 cups each: boiling water and ice cubes
• 1 tub (1 L) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
• 1 (200 g) angel food cake, cut in small cubes
• 1 cup each: cubed cantaloupe and honeydew

1. DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.
2. Add ice cubes, stirring until jelly thickens.
3. Fold in half of topping; add cake and melon.
4. POUR into 6 cup bowl lined with plastic wrap.
5. Frost with remaining topping; garnish with additional melon, if desired.
