JELL-O Melon Angel Mousse

  1. DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.
  2. Add ice cubes, stirring until jelly thickens.
  3. Fold in half of topping; add cake and melon.
  4. POUR into 6 cup bowl lined with plastic wrap.
  5. Frost with remaining topping; garnish with additional melon, if desired.
