Holiday Eggnog Squares

  1. Crush 35 wafers finely; place in medium bowl.
  2. Melt 3 Tbsp.
  3. butter.
  4. Add to wafer crumbs along with the sugar; mix well.
  5. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
  6. Microwave chocolate and remaining butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  7. or until butter is melted.
  8. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  9. Drizzle over crust.
  10. Beat pudding mixes, milk, rum extract and nutmeg in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  11. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  12. Spread half the pudding mixture onto bottom of crust; top with 16 of the remaining wafers.
  13. Cover with remaining pudding mixture.
  14. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  15. Cut dessert into 16 squares.
  16. Garnish with remaining wafers just before serving.
