Cheesy Turkey & Potato Casserole

• 4 cups frozen bite-size roasted potatoes
• 4 bell peppers (any color), chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
• 4 small turkey cutlets (1 lb.)
• 1 pkt. (1/2 of 5.5 oz. pkg.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
• 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Combine potatoes and peppers in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
3. Coat turkey with coating mix; place over vegetable mixture.
4. Bake 40 to 45 min.
5. or until turkey is done (170 degrees F).
6. Top with salsa and cheese; bake 5 min.
