Champurado

  1. in a large pan heat water and cinnamon stick until boiling
  2. after cinnamon boiled add chocolate/ abuelita and stir constantly until the chocolate has melted
  3. brown the flour until golden set into a bowl and add cup of milk and stir/whip until there is no balls let in bowl
  4. or if your using masa no need for browning the flour just at the portion to the bowl and stir/whip with equal parts of milk as listed (2cups)
  5. after the flour is stirred with balls add into the cinnamon/chocolate water
  6. constantly stir mix, then add the rest (1) cup of milk to water
  7. mix, add sugar, mix
  8. Enjoy!
