Champurado
- 1 each Cinnamon stick
- 2 cup water
- 1 medium chocolate/ abuelita bar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp flour/ masa
- 3 cup milk
- in a large pan heat water and cinnamon stick until boiling
- after cinnamon boiled add chocolate/ abuelita and stir constantly until the chocolate has melted
- brown the flour until golden set into a bowl and add cup of milk and stir/whip until there is no balls let in bowl
- or if your using masa no need for browning the flour just at the portion to the bowl and stir/whip with equal parts of milk as listed (2cups)
- after the flour is stirred with balls add into the cinnamon/chocolate water
- constantly stir mix, then add the rest (1) cup of milk to water
- mix, add sugar, mix
