Shepherds Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion until cooked.
  3. Drain and add beef to 9X13 pan.
  4. Combine the gravy mix and hot water and pour it over the meat.
  5. Layer corn, peas over the meat mixture and then top with mashed potatoes.
  6. Slice several pats of butter and put on top of casserole.
  7. Then cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to brown top.
