Red Lentil Soup

  1. Saute onion, garlic, celery in olive oil.
  2. Add water, lentils, pepper, tomatoes until boiling.
  3. After water is boiling, add sea salt, black pepper, fennel seed, 21 seasoning salute, curry powder, and fresh ginger.
  4. Boil for about 10 minutes, and then add the butter and cilantro.
  5. Boil for about 10 more minutes or until lentils are soft.
  6. Turn off the heat and let cool for about 15 minutes.
