Fried Rice

  1. Saute onion and green pepper until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in rice, chestnuts, mushrooms and soy sauce.
  3. Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in beaten eggs, and cook 3 minutes longer stirring occasionally.
  5. Cooked cubed pork, beef or lamb can be added for varieties.
