Ben's Terrific Truffles for Gift-Giving

• 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 12 cup chopped nuts
• 12 cup candy sprinkles (seasonal colors)

1. Mix chips and milk in a saucepan; stir to prevent burning, until well melted.
2. Remove from heat, cool for TWO HOURS.
3. Remove a pinch of cooled mixture, roll into a ball, drop into chopped nuts OR sprinkles OR leave plain.
4. Place in a cupcake paper cup, then into craft boxes to give away.
