Aperitif Pomegranate-Mint Cocktail *ari*/Sig
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 6 tsp fine sugar
- 1 packages crushed ice (or crush yourself)
- 250 ml good Gin
- 400 ml pomegranate or red currant juice
- 1 sprig of mint leaf for decoration
- remove leaf from mint wash and share out amongst 6 cocktail glasses.Add a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of cold water to each glass.Use the handle of a wooden spoon and bruise the mint in the glasses.Fill 1/2 of each glass with crushed ice.Mix the Gin and juice and fill each glass.Decorate with mince leaf.
