Sizzling Tuna Sisig
- 2 big cans of Tuna chunks in water, drained and set aside
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 pieces Thai chilis, chopped
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Saute tuna chunks in pan until golden brown.
- In mixing bowl, mix all the other ingredients.
- Then put the sauted tuna on the mixture and blend well.
- Heat the iron cast plate.
- Spray a little oil.
- Then put the tuna sisig on top of the iron plate.
- Garnish with egg and chopped cilantro.
- Serve while hot.
