Turkey, Bacon, Ranch Sliders with Blue Cheese
- 1 cup Prepared Light Or Regular Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cups Gorgonzola (or Blue) Cheese, Crumbled
- 12 whole Slider Rolls
- 3/4 pounds Thinly Sliced Deli Turkey Meat
- 12 pieces Thick Sliced Bacon, Cooked Over Medium Heat Until Crispy
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine the ranch dressing with the gorgonzola crumbles in a small mixing bowl.
- Set aside.
- To assemble the sliders place some of the turkey on the bottom half of a roll.
- Tear a piece of bacon in half and place it over the turkey, crosswise.
- Top with a dollop of the ranch/gorgonzola mixture and then cover that with the top of the roll.
- Place assembled slider on a rimmed baking sheet and repeat process with remaining rolls.
- Bake sliders for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve with the remaining ranch/gorgonzola mixture on the side for dipping.
