Roast Beef Cocktail Squares

  1. Lightly grease a cookie sheet and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the margarine and horseradish sauce together.
  3. Spread 3/4 of a teaspoon of the margarine mixture on one side of each cocktail bread square.
  4. Toast the bread in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Remove and top each piece of bread with 1 tablespoon of shredded Swiss cheese.
  6. Return to the oven and let cheese melt, another 4-5 minutes.
  7. Remove and top with a slice of tomato, onion and then beef.
