Roast Beef Cocktail Squares
- 4- 1/2 Tablespoons Margarine
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- 24 slices Sourdough Cocktail Bread Squares
- 24 Tablespoons Finely Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 24 slices Plum Tomato, Thinly Sliced
- 24 slices Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 24 slices Thin, Good Quality Roast Beef
- Lightly grease a cookie sheet and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the margarine and horseradish sauce together.
- Spread 3/4 of a teaspoon of the margarine mixture on one side of each cocktail bread square.
- Toast the bread in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove and top each piece of bread with 1 tablespoon of shredded Swiss cheese.
- Return to the oven and let cheese melt, another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove and top with a slice of tomato, onion and then beef.
