  1. Combine butter, canned milk and sugar in a large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven.
  2. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Bring to boil; cover.
  4. Boil 5 minutes and turn off heat.
  5. Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
  6. Add the 3 kinds of chocolate, one at a time, stirring until melted.
  7. Add vanilla and nuts; blend. Pour into buttered 10 x 15-inch pan and let stand until firm before cutting into 1-inch squares.
