Blue Cheese Lovers' Crunchy Bean & Veggie Salad
- 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
- 2 cups croutons
- 2 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (asparagus, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms)
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Cashews
- 1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- Combine beans, croutons and vegetables in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with nuts and cheese.
