Chicken Cooked in Tomato

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, dust them with flour and shake off any excess.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, sear the chicken on both side until browned, fragrant and crisp.
  3. Add all vegetables, chicken, ingredients in a large pot and stew over medium-low heat.until cooked.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
