Chicken Cooked in Tomato
- 1 canned tomato
- 300 g chicken breast
- 1 onion (peeled, sliced thinly, stir fried well until golden browned)
- 1/3 carrot (cut into thin slices)
- 4-5 cabbage leaves (cut into bite sized pieces, boiled lightly)
- 10 cm celery (cut into thin sticks)
- 1 bouillon cube
- 50 cc tomato juice
- 50-100 cc water
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 30 g flour
- Cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, dust them with flour and shake off any excess.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, sear the chicken on both side until browned, fragrant and crisp.
- Add all vegetables, chicken, ingredients in a large pot and stew over medium-low heat.until cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper.
