Hash Browns And Cheese Casserole Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 pound hash browns, partly thawed
- Heat butter in 3 qt glass dish.
- Thaw hash browns for 10 min.
- Add in other ingredients to butter.
- Add in only 1/2 c. cheese.
- Cover (wax paper) cook full power, 20 min.
- Stir once.
- Remove and sprinkle with rest of cheese and paprika.
- Return to heat till cheese is melted.
- These can be baked in a conventional oven also.
