Hot Crab Pie Recipe
- 1 pound lump crabmeat (backfin)
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 bottle capers, liquid removed
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- Dash of Tabasco
- 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
- Mix all ingredients except cheese.
- Add in more seasonings if you like, grated onion, garlic, Worcestershire, etc.
- Put into 10 inch pie plate.
- Spread out and cover with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 min till bubbly and brown.
- Brown cheese under broiler.
