Peach and Cherry Summer Sangria
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 Tbsp. JELL-O Peach Flavor Gelatin
- 2 cups sweet cherries, pitted
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Pinot Grigio
- 1/2 cup peach juice
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 3-4 thyme sprigs
- 3-4 fresh basil leaves
- 1.
- Combine sugar, brandy and Jell-O in a pitcher.
- Stir until sugar dissolves.
- 2.
- Add: cherries, wine, peach juice and peaches to serving pitcher.
- Transfer to refrigerator and chill for 4 hours minimum.
- 3.
- Prior to serving, add thyme and basil.
