Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 lb. Firm lg. asparagus
- 3 tbsp. Olive oil
- 3 tbsp. Fine balsamic vinegar
- Fresh black pepper
- Wash, dry, and trim asparagus.
- Toss lightly with olive oil.
- Roll across heated grill to cook until done (approximately 2 to 5 minutes).
- Remove from grill, toss with balsamic vinegar and a grate of black pepper.
- Serve.
