Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. Wash, dry, and trim asparagus.
  2. Toss lightly with olive oil.
  3. Roll across heated grill to cook until done (approximately 2 to 5 minutes).
  4. Remove from grill, toss with balsamic vinegar and a grate of black pepper.
  5. Serve.
